Bolton in Bloom Competition 'The Winners' |

| Peter Schofield is more well known to you as the Secretary of Ridgmont Mark and Royal Ark Mariner Lodge. | |||

| However unbeknown to many is the fact he has | |||
| Green Fingers. Together with his wife Kath they | |||
| entered the Bolton in Bloom Competition. | |||
| At the Stars in the community awards ceremony | |||
| at Bolton Town Hall on Friday 25th January they | |||
| together with other finalist's attended a Civic | |||
| Reception at hosted my the Mayor the Mayoress | |||
| Guy And Collette Harkin. | |||
| Winning the competition for best garden in the | |||
| Bolton area Peter and Kath were presented with | |||
| a Certificate and a Trophy and (according to Peter) | |||
| best of all a voucher for £150 for B&Q. | |||
| When asked what he would used the £150.00 | |||
| voucher for, Peter said "Something for the Garden, | |||
| but we will only buy it on a Wednesday " | |||
