Welcome to The West Lancashire Mark Masons Web Site
Brethren,
We enter 2026 with the Province in great heart having advanced over 40 new candidates in this current Masonic year. Let’s keep pressing on to get our Craft colleagues enlightened to the ‘Magic of the Mark.’
Take any and every opportunity to invite a Craft Mason to one of the Mark Presentations in your area or simply invite him to the festival board of your own Lodge. If at any Masonic meeting ask the Brethren in your company if they are Mark Men, some are not because they have never been asked. How many of our new Brethren tell you they wish they had joined earlier but had never been asked. Let’s take every opportunity to swell our numbers and IT IS WORKING. Some of our Lodges, that for a number of years had been static or struggling have recently found renewed life, Scorton Mark have advanced SEVEN candidates since May with regular and emergency meetings to get their new members advanced. All this because they have reinvigorated their views on recruitment.
Arrangements are well in hand for PGL on the 15th April, a little earlier this year due to other commitments at the venue,
The Winter Gardens Blackpool.
The Executive felt it worth altering the date to secure what is considered the best Venue that any Province in the whole country has the use of. Get the date fixed in your diary 15th APRIL.
This years Provincial Team have been out in force during the first three months of the season and the feedback has been ultra positive led by the enthusiastic leadership of the Provincial Wardens WiBro’s Chris Walls and George Perez.
Let’s all get behind the team for the rest of the season to make this year notable for them.
Grand Lodge is on Tuesday 10th March all Mark Masons are welcome and entitled to attend. This is the meeting usually when our Charities are celebrated with many of the recipient Charities in attendance.

Let’s make 2026 a memorable year.
