| This year, W. Bro. Roy Hedges, the RW.Pr.G.M’s Special Representative, accompanied by W.Bro. Mark Taylor Pr. Ass. Charity Representative and Roy’s wife Catherine marched with Brethren of other degrees, from Southport Masonic Hall to the Cenotaph in procession. | |

| W. Bro. Roy Hedges then laid a wreath on behalf of the Mark Family. | |

| Standing to order, surrounding the cenotaph in the pouring rain, the solemnly of the occasion was acute. We stand, as did all, in honour of those who served our country when it was necessary. |
