Grand Mark Quarterly Meeting 8th September 2026 |

| On Wednesday morning the 8th September Mark Masons from all across the UK descended upon Great Queen Street in London for the Promotions quarterly meeting of the Order. | |
| Many of those Mason were members on Mark and Ark Mariner Lodges within West Lancashire who were led by R. W. Bro. Keith Alan Beardmore, Provincial Grand Master, his Deputy V. W. Bro Giles Berkley P.G.J.O., and the two Assistants V. W. Bro Geoff Bury and W. Bro. Mike Pinckard. | |
| Whilst the heavy rain in London on our arrival tried to dampen our spirits, it did not succeed as we braved the weather, well we are Northerners, what's a bit of rain? | |
| Following the meeting which was presided over by our new Pro Grand Master, M. W. Bro. Paul Raymond Clement, those assembled moved into the Connaught Rooms for the usual banquet. | |

| Following the meeting, out in Great Queen Street, the rain had abaited and the Pillars and George were doing a great trade. I for one, gave that a miss and went to Euston to see what entertainment Avanti had is store for us, they did not dissapoint! | |
| Eventually I reached Leyland content at least with an enjoyable Mark feast of ceremonial to satisfy me. | |
