V.W.Bro Colin Moxey enjoys  a “Grand” Retirement Dinner

Eleven of the Grand and Grand Officers (designate) from the Fylde Lodges joined V.W.Bro Colin Moxey at a “Grand Celebration Dinner” to mark his retirement, at the forthcoming Provincial Meeting, after eighteen years service as the Provincial Grand Masters Special Representative.
