| This was after PGM's and Grand Masters from our daughter Grand Lodges had been received. | |
| There was a record attendance in Grand Lodge, and also for the banquet that followed at the | |
| Connaught Rooms. | |
| West Lancashire had a record number of diners, and the Pr GM was accompanied by no less than | |
| 59 members from our province. They all enjoyed a very good 4 course meal, with a generous supply of wine. | |
| Speeches (brief!) were over by 8.25 pm, enabling most to get their trains from Euston. | |
